3. Quotations & Work Scope
All project estimates and written quotations provided by Zeeroo Walls are based on site conditions, accessible wall areas, and client requirements discussed during initial site visits. Quotations remain valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients must ensure clear and safe access to the work area, including electrical power and water supply, during agreed working hours. Any specific site access constraints or hazards must be disclosed prior to commencement.
5. Site Conditions & Safety
All rendering and cladding works are carried out subject to site conditions, safe access, and weather. Substrate issues or hazardous materials discovered during works may require additional preparation and cost, which will be communicated and approved before proceeding.
6. Limitation of Liability
